Professional requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry is preferred
Duty:
Responsible for the development of new electroplating projects/products and the output of project information
Responsible for the preparation and modification of process specifications and technical documents of electroplating products
Responsible for assisting workshop in production layout planning and operation standardization
Responsible for the formulation of workshop process/operation specifications and rework and rework process documents
Responsible for promoting workshop lean production, continuous improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement
Responsible for site IE improvement and process analysis improvement
Responsible for new product sample preparation and problem analysis and improvement
Responsible for evaluation, validation and confirmation of new electroplating solution development
Participate in customer complaint analysis and formulate customer complaint prevention/improvement measures
