The company occupies a 28-mu site and operates an ERP system that integrates the entire end-to-end process, from sales and production planning to procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and quality assurance. It employs an integrated production process encompassing injection molding, metal stamping, and automated assembly. The facility is equipped with 16 high-speed punch presses, 30 injection molding machines, 55 fully automatic winding machines, 18 integrated automated production units, and 30 cost-effective, environmentally friendly automated production lines, achieving a daily output of up to 400,000 sets. The company’s manufacturing strategy focuses on establishing a lean, intelligent manufacturing system that achieves balanced, flow‑based, and automated production. With an in-house R&D and manufacturing team dedicated to automation, the company ensures comprehensive core competitiveness across product quality, delivery timelines, costs, and customer service.
