The company was among the first to focus on automated assembly of micro‑motors and has since successfully developed a range of automated equipment, including automatic rotor‑assembly machines, automatic stator‑assembly machines, automatic rear‑cover‑assembly machines, fully automated motor‑final‑assembly lines, and automated testing systems. We employ industrial automation systems and industry‑specific controllers, while also developing our own open, bus‑based, modular system components and software. Our team places a strong emphasis on consistent quality and meticulous attention to detail, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art production lines to manufacture high‑quality products that meet our customers’ stringent quality requirements.
Shengyue Automation comprises the Equipment Development and Design Team, the Assembly and Commissioning Team, and the Equipment Maintenance Team. Its core members come from the micro‑motor custom‑equipment industry and are among the earliest pioneers dedicated to the research and development of automated micro‑motor assembly systems.
